Tailor4Less will only accept returns that comply with the following general conditions:
- Product should be return no later than 5 days after its reception.
- Product should not have been worn
- You should notifiy no later than 3 days after its reception using our returns application
All suits that do not comply with these condition will be returned to the customer with no monetary compensation
Suits
All tailor4less suits are handmade tailored for each customer following its profile measures. For this reason the return of a suit will only be considered in the following cases:
- The chosen fabric does not match with the fabric of the received suit (tone differences caused by the effect of the screen monitor are not considered in this point).
- The configuration of the received suit does not match with the configuration of the ordered suit.
- The profile from which the measures are taken to tailor the suit does not match with customer’s profile*.

As suits are handmade, measures have a certain tolerance. This variation is not considered as a return motivation since it can be solved using the 20€ in adjustments we offer for all our costumes (less than 2% need to make those adjustments because the suit fits perfectly). Tailor4less can not guarantee correct measurements, hence returns will not be accepted in inaccurate measurements cases (that is suits that have been made based on user's profile and can not be fixed by a professional tailor). It must be borne in mind that the measures introduced in the profile are a body measures and depending on the characteristics of the garment, it will take a certain size different from the body measures. So direct comparison between the size of the garment and a profile measure will not be treated as a valid argument. |
If it occurs any of the above conditions, we will proceed to forward the same outfit with the corresponding corrections. The erroneous suit must be returned prior to the shipment of the new suit to the following address:

Shirts
All tailor4less shirts are handmade tailored for each customer following its profile measures. For this reason the return of a shirt will only be considered in the following cases:

Accessories
Accessories (such as ties and cufflinks) will only be returned in case of discordance between the chosen model and the received model or due to imperfections.
